Handling any corrections or comments from the AHJ or Utility will be free of charge, but more than two revisions or changes to the plans may or will incur charges (minimum 30%).

Ballast Mounted Projects will be negotiated separately, and the array design is billed separately.
Commercial Projects - Large Systems
Dedicated Commercial Project Managers: Our dedicated PM(s) will start by reviewing your initial project data, scanning through all available information and documentation, and preparing a permit package—allowing you to focus on more important tasks in the meantime.
Change Requests/Corrections: You won’t have to provide any ticket numbers or rebrief specific project-related issues to AI or different support members. Our dedicated project manager, who is responsible for all your projects and already knows the specifics, will handle the requests personally!
We will carefully, easily, and regularly manage your large commercial project permits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Commercial Projects (Base Price $350) which includes a $150 upfront payment: Depending on the system size and complexity, we may charge $0.007 up to $0.0095 per watt (DC) on top of the base price.

Std. Projects with a system size above 14.99 kW (DC): An additional USD $0.005 per watt is charged on top of the Base Price**

Billing Method & Schedule:
We only accept ACH payments from company accounts. ACH transfers or requests made from any personal account will not work.
(We will forward the owner's banking details to your accounts via a separate email.)
Typically, we do bi-monthly invoicing. We will send you invoices on the 15th and/or the 30th.
Plan set(s) delivered to you or sent to you for review between 1 and 15 will be due on the 20th.
Plan set(s) delivered to you or sent to you for review between 16 and 30 will be due on the 5th of the following month.
For first 5-10 projects: we will send you an invoice after every 5 projects delivered, or by-monthly (15th and 30th of the month), whichever comes first. And feel free to suggest a comfortable schedule that works best for you.
